Nick BinghamNick joined the firm in 1982 and is the sole principal. With many years of experience in general law, you can also come to Nick for specialist advice relating to family law and litigation, both civil and commercial. He is a member of Resolution.
Chris DewhurstChris has an established range of experience in general practice, having been principal of his own firm before joining us in 2007. Chris has many years experience with residential conveyancing, commercial property law and all aspects of Will making and estate planning.
Richard HodbyRichard has been qualified for 10 years and joined us from a specialist commercial practice in Banbury. He has been with Challenor Gardiner for 4 years and specialises in residential and commercial property law, Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Who are we?
Alison PageAlison joined us in 1998 and qualified as a Legal Executive (FILEX) in 2004. As an accredited specialist member of Resolution, Alison can help you in dealing with divorce settlements, disputes concerning children, financial claims and domestic violence issues. She is also a member of the Law Society's Family Law Panel.
Nick GardinerA former senior partner of Challenor Gardiner Solicitors, Nick is now a consultant within the firm, Money Laundering Officer and Complaints handler. He is also the HM Coroner for Oxfordshire.
Brian HeathBrian has vast experience in property work and was also our senior partner before Nick Gardiner.
Lyn TomlinLyn is our probate manager, who joined the firm after many years of Private Client experience in the banking sector. Lyn has vast experience in dealing sympathetically and efficiently with probate and estate administration.
